• Medical Sales Manager
• Country Manager
II. Main duty :
• You will represent our brand for the medical channel: Hospitals, clinics, doctors.
• Visit and develop the sales of our brand
• Develop the medical SKUs of the brand
• Follow and implement our marketing campaign by using the tools and materials defined by the marketing department (products, speech, promotion programs, events, assortment, display).
• Respect the company policy and make sure our retailers respect it
• Develop the relationship with the hospitals and doctors, pharmacies
• Develop your customers' portfolio
III. Main tasks :
1. Sales :
• Plan and visit your customers daily
• Prepare the visits to have a successful full sales and good marketing campaign implementation
• Increase sell in and sell out
• Take purchase orders from customers
• Follow the sales performance of your customers.
• Make sure that our customers respect our policies
• Implement the sales support provided by the company (promotion, samples, combo…)
• Look and find new customers
• Increase the visibility of the brand
• Develop the sales and advises on the medical SKU to develop the brand image
• To propose new actions to develop our sales
2. Customer’s Relationship
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers
• Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other customers to promote company medications.
• Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones
• Organize conferences, Group events, Make presentations to doctors, practice staff, and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists
• Distribute samples, information to practitioners
• Provide after-sales service
3. Training :
• Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company,
• Participate in the company's training courses and test
• Follow and implement our planogram and merchandising policy at each visit
• Make sure that the presentation of the products are respected
• Set display to increase the visibility in stores
• Set merchandising tools produced by marketing departments in-store (wobbler, shelf, display…)
• Change tester and samples if necessary
5. Market information
• Collect all the information from customers: the habit of using products, operation, requirements
• Keep detailed records of all contacts
• Researching competitor’s medications and their respective market performances. Keeping current with the competition's products, service offerings, and activities
• Follow the marketing Campaign prepared by the company
• Introduce to your customers and implement the marketing campaigne
• Use the tools provided by the company
• Respect and follow the brand image and speech
• Take part in the development of the brand image
• Report the field activity and the information collected on the field (visit, customers, sales)
• Report essential information from the market and the competitor
• Support team in the coordination of events
• Negotiate and implement events and activities with your customers (group discussion, …)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Education: Medicine or Pharmacy Bachelor degree.
• At least 1 year of experienced in pharmaceutical and cosmetic business (Sales).
• Negotiation, communication, selling, team management, planning, timing management skills.
• Flexible, hard-working, work pressure, Medical channel insight.
• English: Intermediate.
• Being Medical representative in Medical channel: the Dermatology Hospitals, clinics, and doctors; focused on Bioderma products.
• Salary : Negotiable
• Full SHUI of Basic salary
• Quarterly bonus: maximum 25 milions VND (based on the complete job level of the Employee).
• 13th-month salary
• Professional working environment
