- Promote Company products/services to existing customers & new customers to achieve the performance targets.

- Create, maintain and develop relationships with customers/ partners, internal department.


- Organize and deliver pharmacy meetings and product presentations in assigned territories effectively.

- Grow business in retail pharmacies, companies, agencies by working closely with them on joint business plans. Develop potential customers.

- Establish and build strong client relationships with pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and general practitioners, management team through regular contact..

- Monitor shelf uptake, product placement /merchandising, point of sales materials and inventory management of consumer care brands in pharmacies, companies, agencies in assigned territories.

- Achieve budgeted sales volume for assigned territories.

- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses. Also shares weekly and monthly advance work plan.

- Ensure minimum stock levels or stock out situations at pharmacies, companies, agencies promptly

- Routinely provide adequate feedback to management on local competitor activity and market.

- Ensure availability and visibility of company brands in all pharmacy outlets.

- Fulfill all reports and/or all other extra tasks as requested by the Manager.

• Pharmacist colleague

• At least 01-year experience working as Medical Representative with Pharmacy channel

• Product knowledge

• Understand pharmaceutical market

• Negotiation and presentation skills

• English basic

• Computer skills

• Selling skills

• Communication and customer care skills

• Territory management and Calls planning

• Integrity

• Hardworking and enthusiasm

• Willing to learn
