MEP Engineer

Position 1: MEP Tender Engineer

Review tender documents and analyze technical requirements related to MEP systems.

Quantify MEP works based on construction drawings.

Prepare quantity take-off sheets and competitive bidding prices.

Coordinate with internal departments (cost estimation, legal, technical, etc.) to complete the bid package.

Draft MEP construction methods, schedules, and technical documents required in the bid submission.

Work with suppliers to collect quotations, assess capabilities, and select suitable materials/equipment.

Maintain and update databases on market prices and previous MEP tender packages.

Position: MEP Site Engineer

Supervise daily MEP construction activities on-site (electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, etc.).

Guide subcontractors and workers to follow approved designs, methods, and technical procedures.

Inspect the quality of completed work, detect errors, and promptly report issues to supervisors.

Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations on-site.

Maintain a daily construction logbook, support internal acceptance and as-built documentation of basic MEP tasks.

Coordinate with Senior Supervisors, Site Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or other related technical fields.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position.

Conversational English proficiency; proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).

Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel and work at project sites (for MEP Site Engineer position).
