MEP Manager (Gross Salary Upto Usd2800)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Manage engineering design (MEP, Fire Fighting, Infra) under directive of Project Director to meet company objectives and submission to authorities’ timeline

2. Review architecture & landscape drawings provided by Design Dept and ensure all are fully coordinated with all engineering design services

3. Manage Design review for M&E, Fire Fighting and infrastructure with input for value engineering, constructability & maintainability and compliance with architecture & landscape design intent and current regulations

4. Manage/ coordinate with inter-departments, C&S/M&E consultants & 3rd party consultant to meet design acceptance, Fire Fighting & Ministry of Construction (MOC) and VIDC’s submission timeline

5. Assist in tendering process to coordinate all technical issues and clarifications to tenderers to meet tender timeline/ award

6. Manage RFI & RFV, shop drawings, design change and monitoring all construction drawings issuance during construction

7. Manage MEP contractors and ensure all MEP construction works are conducted properly, within budget and schedule from beginning until delivery and warranty period.

8. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

• Possess Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering

• Possess Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical engineering

• Possess Certificate in Project Management

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in MEP and Infra design and site experience including for low-rise, high-rise buildings and retail in property industry.

 In depth understanding & all-round general knowledge of Mechanical, electrical & plumbing works, Infrastructure, Construction and associated Finishing works

 Review design drawings, shop drawings and technical issues with consultants and contractors
