MEP QS Executive

Cost Estimation:

• Calculate and estimate costs for MEP components, including materials, labor, and other expenses.

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for MEP projects.

Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and manage MEP contracts.

• Monitor contract execution and ensure compliance with contract terms.

Quantity Take-off:

• Perform quantity take-offs from design drawings to determine the necessary work items.

• Ensure accurate and comprehensive quantity measurement.

Cost Management and Payment:

• Track and control project costs.

• Process payments for contractors and suppliers.

• Verification the workdone & price assessment on claim of vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, …)

Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze costs and prepare financial reports related to MEP projects.

• Report progress and cost updates to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics, Construction Engineering, or related fields.

• Relevant certifications in QS or MEP are plus.

• 3-5 years of experience in a QS MEP role or similar positions.

• Experience working on construction projects with MEP system is preferred.

• Proficiency in specialized software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and cost estimation software.

• Ability to work on oversea projects (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, etc.).

• Good command of English for communication and technical purposes.
