Mer Manager

• Receive orders from the buyer sales department, BOD. • Follow up sample from first to production sample. • Worked directly with buyer about fabric, trim, pattern, and construction sample. • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. • Contact with supplier fabric and trim to catch up the schedule as buyer’s request for sample and bulk garment. Responsible for development/ sourcing material. Looking for sources of good quality, good prices. • Control pattern/ cutting/ sewing/ QC and solve the problem when the sample has issue. • Contact with supplier for washing/ dying/ printing/ embroidery and contact Sub-con factory when factory full capability. • Evaluate the team's workload and assign tasks to members according to their ability, expertise, and experience. • Manage all Merchandising activities, assisting with purchase order execution, following up with buyers and supplier, monitoring and attending shipment requirement. • Properly dealing problems rising in production. • Resolve any issues raised by customers (Quality/ Price/ delivery date…) • Make weekly and monthly reports and business plans to BOD

• Experience in Denim/ Woven. • At least 10 years of experience from Development to Production Merchandise of garment field. - University Degree in garment, textile technology preferable or related major. • Excellent organization with good time management and problem solving skills, communication skills. • Able to lead a team and work independently. • Negotiation, presentation skills and a strong sense of fashion trends. • Have knowledge and experience in FOB, CM, CMPT… • Fluent English is a must. ***Wage: • 20 million - 25 million/month + Target bonus. • 6 months review • Working time: Monday – Sartuday: 8AM – 5PM
