Responsibilities:
• Follow up with shipments from oversea: print labels, auto receive in system, discrepancy,…
• Discuss with Head quarter MP team, stores team and Trasas about timeline and quantity to receive stocks allocations.
• Control stocks coming in/out from Trasas, as well as non-commercial goods: shopping bag, uniforms, VM goods,…
• Follow up with quantity send back to Trasas to do claim if any loses.
• Arrange transportation for slow moving/damage items send back from stores to Trasas/Vnmain efficiently and quickly.
• Follow up with quantity send back to Trasas to do claim if any loses.
• Monthly stores stocktake.
• Manage and maintain defect warehouse stock.
• Report to Country Manager:
1. Capacity report (weekly): checking capacity of each stores to consider coming stocks.
2. Auto received report (weekly): follow up with shipment from JPS TH, 3rd parties supplier and store returns to Trasas are received by manually and automatically.
3. Damage report (monthly): summarise defect items from stores by brands, separate into: items can sell for staff, items waitting for destroy. And keep them safe at our warehouse.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor/Diploma degree in related major
• 2-3 years experiences
• Good attention to details, positive, willing to learn
• Fluent in English
• With a strong sense of responsibility, healthy and positive working attitude, good professional ethics
