Merchandise Manager (Furniture - Fluent English)

Directly perform the work of the merchandiser and manage the merchandise team to ensure good performance, including: daily work management, task assignment, performance management, process & templates; manage/ training/ coaching & motivate team members; promoting & maintaining a harmonious and trust of team

• Direct implement & manage team's daily work execution, managing accounts, order tracking, and client interactions.

• Work with sales, clients & design team to develop samples according to clients’ demand.

• Follow up & overview sample production, ensure sample quality before sending to customers.

• Control receives orders, assist customers in the ordering process.

• Follow up customer feedback, support negotiating contracts if necessary.

• Work closely with manufacturing partners, QA-QC, Supply Chain, Logistics and Sales...to supervise all orders during sample/ mass production to ensure orders are produced and delivered on schedule with good quality & quantity.

• Collaborate with SCM, Production, and QA-QC teams to keep clients informed of any unforeseen delays or issues impacting order progress.

• Be the primary point of communication between product team and manufacturers on all development details

• Work with related teams to respond complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the system following established processes.

• Propose and implement improvements to streamline the production process.

• Manage, supervise, support and coach team members to ensure high efficiency and good work performance.

• Evaluate and assess team performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.

• Review, improve procedures relating to merchandising.

• Prepare regular reports as required.

• Other tasks requested by Line Manager or BOD.

• FLUENTL ENGLISH IS THE MUST

• 10+ years of experience, of which at least 4 years in the similar position in furniture field

• Having good orientation as of taking care client’s request in daily basis in full details and with dedication, carefulness and accuracy.

• Strong skills of people management

• Strong skills in training, coaching, motivating

• Good skills of planning & implementing

• Good communication skills, logical thinking and flexible problem-solving ability.

• University graduation or above in relating fields
