Purchasing: Searching potential suppliers, negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing, place orders and follow to make sure timely delivery, prepare reports on purchases (quantity, price, inventory, consumption..), communicate with warehouse staff and suppliers to handle problems that arise with the materials, etc…

Production management: Translation of Japanese/ English sewing instructions/ manual/information for bulk into Vietnamese, workshop check, work with byers and internals team to handle problems that arise in production, follow production schedules and production process to make sure the all follow byers standards, pepare bulk/test samples and send as required,..

Japanese or English language ability ... Able to conduct business negotiations with Japanese customers. Levels that can respond to emails and phone calls.

Communication skills ... Interaction with customers and each supplier, and with factory workers can be smooth.

Sewing specification knowledge ... It's better to have knowledge about the sewing specifications of outer items in particular.

Those who have knowledge and understanding of fabric.

Those who have an experience and an understanding of the organizational structure at the production site.
