Merchandiser

Work Location(s): Nam Dinh and/or Hanoi

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position shall work closely with office in China, in charge of merchandiser duties include production planning, order receiving & follow-up, inventory control & planning, contact with customers, covering production control from sample to bulk production process & shipment.

Primary Job Functions:

- Perform as a bridge communicator to exchange all information between customers, partner with the office in China

- Receiving orders, balancing raw materials, monitoring production progress, making export documents.

- Follow up production plans, shipment and sales revenue

- Managing suppliers and processing factories

Requirements:

- Proficient in English.

- Able to communicate in Chinese

- Experience in Merchandising jobs/Production Control in Textile/Garment industry with Chinese customers

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Ability to work independently
