Merchandiser Manager

• Monitor the grogress of fabric & trims to meet all required T&A.

• Collaborate with internal technical depts for the best execution of the products.

• Maintain all records in good & systematic order.

• Monitor local/overseas gmt factories to deliver the quality product with on time delivery.

• Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management;

• Ensure seamless coordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues;

• Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job responsibilities and objectives,

• Market research & sourcing.

• Work closely with other departments to meet all the deadlines, T&A.

• Over 10 years merchandising experience;

• Experience of leading a merchandising team.

• Possess good knowledge of woven/knits fabrics & gmt WIP.

• Good command of written/spoken English.

• Sound PC knowledge.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Strong leadership and good organizational skills;

• Have ability in costing, sourcing & development;

• Work independently under high pressure;

• Good interpersonal skills;

• High flexibility for mobility (preferable); willing to travel

• Aggressive to build a successful career.
