Merchandiser (Ngành May Mặc)

• Receive purchase orders from buyers and coordinate with factories and sample rooms to develop new samples.

• Receive, check, and analyze technical documents from buyers (Spec, BOM, Techpack, etc.) to ensure product requirements are met.

• Monitor the status of raw materials (fabrics, accessories, labels, threads, trims, etc.) from ordering until fully received.

• Plan production schedules, track daily order progress and quality, and promptly report to supervisors when issues arise.

• Coordinate with the technical team to check garment fittings and provide feedback to buyers.

• Arrange final inspections and communicate with buyers from both domestic and international markets (USA, China, Korea, etc.).

• Prepare order and cost reports on a regular basis, and propose solutions to arising issues.

• Ensure orders are completed on time and meet buyers’ quality standards.

• College degree or higher in Economics, Garment/Textile, Business Administration, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the garment industry, preferably having worked with international brands (F21, Walmart, JC Penny, Target, etc.).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and order management tools.

• Good English communication skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documents.

• Logical thinking, detail-oriented, able to work under high pressure, and capable of organizing work effectively.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
