1. Take responsibility from sample development to bulk production and subsequent management after shipment.

2. Oversee not only production progress (merchandiser) but also product quality (QC).

3. Report all the above information to the Production Department of Head quarter in Tokyo.

Required Qualifications:

MUST SKILLS:

1. Working experience:

• product development and the quality of consumer products in a trading company.

• technical sales or product development in a factory.

2. Good communication skills who can communicate closely with multiple departments both inside and outside the company to ensure smooth progress of the entire project

3. Experience in project management, from factory selection, product development, to mass production, delivery; capable of handling projects independently and teamwork with a spirit of innovation and ownership.

4. Languages: candidate must be able to communicate in JAPANESE.

Preferred Skills:

5. Working experience with consumables products, particularly in the cosmetics field, having knowledge of cosmetic development and quality control (performance evaluation and management items for cosmetics)

6. Having knowledge of FDA of countries and GMP of cosmetics.
