Merchandiser (Outdoor and Indoor Furniture)

• Coordinate between foreign buyers and Vietnamese suppliers

• Follow up shipment schedule with suppliers to make sure on time delivery

• Work with buyers to finalize artwork (labels) details

• Instruct suppliers to proceed with artwork (labels) according to buyer’s requirement

• Work with buyers to finalize testing report and quality requirements

• Instruct suppliers to fulfill testing requirements

• Instruct QC team (quality control team) to conduct inspection the product according to buyer’s standard

• Check QC report and loading report; send QC report and loading report to buyers

• Arrange shipment bookings with forwarders

• Send bookings to suppliers

• Work with buyers to finalize shipping document requirements

• Instruct suppliers to follow shipping documents according to buyer’s request

• Check shipping documents – send shipping documents buyers

• Follow up payment time frame with buyers

• Send releasement documents to buyers.

• After sale services (if any)

Skill requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in merchandiser of furniture, import-export for the indoor/outdoor of.

- English: good in listening, reading, writing, especially fluency in English speaking

- Microsoft office: Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook…)

- Teamwork

- Willing to travel on business trip.

- Problem solving skills

- Time management skills
