Merchandiser (Purchase Order Management)

- Handle purchase orders from initial creation through to final delivery.

- Ensure that all purchase orders are accurate, complete, and submitted to suppliers on time.

- Follow up on order status, ensuring timely updates on any changes or delays.

- Supplier Coordination:

• Liaise with suppliers for pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure suppliers meet the company's quality standards and lead times.

• Coordinate with suppliers to solve any production or quality issues that may arise.

• Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness.

• Manage cost breakdowns for each product and ensure all expenses are within the approved budget.

• Coordinate with the warehouse ensure smooth receipt of goods.

- Searching potential suppliers.

- Prepare reports on purchases (quantity, price, inventory, consumption..).

- Communicate with warehouse staff and suppliers to handle problems that arise with the materials,..

- Japanese or English language ability: Able to conduct business negotiations with Japanese customers (Levels that can respond to emails and phone calls)

- Communication skills: Interaction with customers and each supplier, and with factory workers can be smooth.

- Sewing specification knowledge: Good to have knowledge about the sewing specifications of outer items in particular.

- Those who have knowledge and understanding of fabric.

- Those who have an experience and an understanding of the organizational structure at the production site.
