Merchandising Leader/ Manager

Work Location(s): Hanoi office (Lotte building) – Frequent visit factories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between buyers (US, HK) and internal teams including MD / QC team.

• Well-communicate and cultivate strong relationships with customers, factories, understanding their requirements, and offering solutions to meet customers’ needs.

• Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Manage costing and budgeting for merchandise, ensuring profitability.

• Address and resolve any issues related to production, quality, or delivery delays.

• Conduct sales presentations, and negotiations to ensure business operation and achieve sales targets.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and manage sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

1. Age 35~50

2. Bachelor's degree, major in Garment-Textile, Merchandising, business administration

3. Fluent English is a must. Proficient in Chinese is a plus

4. Strong understanding of garment textile production processes, fabrics, and supply chain management. Knowledge of shirts (esp. woven shirt) is preferred.

5. Experience in textile merchandising, preferably in a managerial role.

6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our products and services persuasively.

7. Proficiency in negotiation techniques to successfully close deals with customers/ vendors/ factories...

8. Excellent leadership & communication

9. Good PC skill

10.Can travel to factories domestic & oversea.
