Merchandising Senior Executive (Fresh Food/ Beverage - Candy)

• Searching for new supplier;

• Negotiation: new product, promotion, basic sale, contract condition;

• Sharing negotiations result: reporting, summarize, meeting;

• Analyzing supplier performance: products, rebates, sales…;

• Floor planning: sales analyses, zoning, layout, planogram;

• Control product variation and replacement: preparing products and shelves parts, etc.…;

• Store visiting round and communication;

• Running sales promotion plans;

• Communication and announcement to other departments;

• Reference for practical use;

• Other job as assigned by Line Manager.

• Graduated from College/University in relevant field;

• Deep knowledge about FMCG market situation.

• At least 02 years of experience as Purchasing or Buyer in Supermarket/CVS/Retail (about Food/Beverage/Bakery/Dessert)

• Searching for new supplier, negotiation skill, analytical ability;

• Willingness to try new categories. Aggressiveness to find new categories and suppliers;

• Sense of sociable, positive, commitment and communication ability with other departments, stores, buyers, and suppliers;
