Merchandising Trainee

When you become a Trainee in Test Rite Merchandising Trainee Program, you will be trained to be professional staff in some duties as follows:

- Sourcing suitable suppliers based on customer’s inquiry and orders.

- Being expertise in product development, costing, production planning, work with clients, suppliers, and production factory.

- Conducting market’s trend to survey and develop new product.

- Develop new products and promote to customer to meet sales target and quotation.

- Negotiate on purchasing terms and cost with vendors/suppliers to meet buyer’s requirement.

- Monitor on-time delivery and leverage vendor’s performance and product quality.

Qualified candidates will be contacted before 2 Jun, 2024. Passed Candidates will be started to work on Oct 2024

Education & experience background

- Just Graduated Universities (within 01-02 years)

- Major in Universities: Commercial English, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Design or related majors

- GPA: Good or Higher

- Fluently in English: IELTS 5.5/TOEFL iBT 61/TOEIC 750 (If candidate do not have certificate, they must pass Test Rite English Test)

- Good communication in Chinese is a plus

Characteristics

- Good looking, honest, proactive, willing to learn new things, good communication, responsibility.

- Multitask management, time management

- Being team player, energetic, well organized, and able to work under pressure and participate in challenging duty

- Commitment and dedicate in job, be able to travel on business trip
