Merchandizer

**Job purpose: • To be the bridge between customers and company in ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. • To follow up orders from opening stage, thru production and until shipments are made to customers. **Duties and responsibilities: • Attend to details whilst developing merchandising strategies. Analyse sales figures. • Receive and update customer orders, communicate customer information and work closely with related departments toward successful delivery. Make loading plan for new orders. • Manage and follow up sample/ new product development to ensure it meets customer’s requirement. • Following up with factories to get required certificates (UKFR, REACH, DoC, FSC …) and ensure all the certificate will be up to date before shipping. • Track production up to ETD whilst collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities. • Whilst being a key link when working very closely with other factories, and Sub-Cons. • Prepare all shipping document (PL, CI, ESO …) and send related document to customer. • Contact with Logistic agency to get the booking (FCL, LCL) • Follow up the internal testing and 3rd party testing. • Manage and take care of the showroom • Source new factories and materials. • Deals with price and competitive quotes, when finding suppliers. • Update and ensure ERP is updated with information assigned to be updated by Merchandizing team.

• College/University diploma in business administration, international business trading. • Knowledge of retail and manufacturing in Furniture preferable • Merchandizer’s experience – 3 years minimum. • Sociable, enthusiastic • Good inter-personal skills • English fluency in all skills • Fluent computer skills • Attentive to details • Analytical skills • Problem solving skills. • Can work independently. • Responsible, customer focused. **Working places • Office and to factory **Physical requirements • Healthy
