We are looking for an Account Management Executive - who will be the trusted advisor for merchants. Your goal is to help merchants understand, believe in, and gain beneficial partnerships with TAPTAP
1) Merchant Acquisition:
• Own the business development from ideas, pitching, and closing, to tracking loyalty performance on TAPTAP.
• Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of small to mid-sized merchants.
• Provide valuable insights on trends and opportunities to help merchants gain new perspectives and identify new opportunities through TAPTAP's offerings.
• Effectively customize and communicate the values TAPTAP brings to merchants and their customers through proposals and presentations.
• Propose a preliminary budget and execution plan to deliver joint business targets
• Attract merchants’ participation and investment in TAPTAP’s campaigns.
2) Operation Management:
• Collaborate with dynamic, competitive, and driven teams across Marketing, Strategy, Sales Operation, Account Management, Product, and PMO to ensure merchants get the most out of the solutions we offer. Monitor merchant’s performance versus target and anticipate potential business challenges/frauds.
• Obtain an in-depth and robust understanding of both TAPTAP & merchant’s needs/issues throughout execution. Act as a consultant for each merchant by forming suitable follow-up solutions based on TAPTAP products and building implementation pipelines accordingly.
• Ensure all information is well prepared & clearly transferred to the Account Management team.
• Participate in internal projects/ discussions to come up with new solutions/ offerings for merchants.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Experienced in delivering tailored solutions based on client needs. Proven ability to manage multiple account projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities to communicate with and influence key stakeholders at all levels, from executive to C-level.
• Knowledge of technology, business, marketing, and innovation. Familiar with POS systems & CRM.
• Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Have any of the below experience/knowledge is a plus:
+ Experienced in F&B (or food delivery app), FMCG, Hypermarket (CVS, groceries)
+ Experience in designing offline marketing campaigns and/or working with mobile app businesses (e.g., loyalty, rewards, etc.)
