Planning & Preparation:
• Define potential merchant persona to set-up proper acquisition plan
• Set-up team and key processes for the team to deploy acquisition and on-boarding procedure.
• Training and coaching for team member skills and knowledge to acquire merchants.
• Prepare annual plan and target budget for the team.
• Set-up and assign KPI to employee
Execution:
• Review and set up digital channels in good conditions for smooth operation
• Set-up and lead the whole team for daily acquisition, identify root cause and propose action plan
• Manage Online Digital and Calls team to
• Collaborate with Sales Capability & Customer Care division to perform Merchant Training & Merchant Sales capability Enhancement
• Maintain relationship with merchant via annual event and monthly meeting.
• Competitor monitoring by social network scanning and surveys
• Collaborate with the Internal training team to train new sales policy, internal process, sales skills...
• Explore new merchant pools and set-up acquisition strategies.
Reporting:
• Daily, Monthly reports to Customer Development Director and BOD
• Interact with CDD to review and revise execution plan
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Performance Digital MKT, Content, Social Media
• Prefer candidate has relationships with agents of social networks (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok...)
• Experience in Set-up and Lead a Merchant Acquisition team to deliver sales hunting target
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and related industries.
