- Analyze and improve the process of merchant network (offline and online merchants).
- Coordinate with ICT and other departments to develop system.
- Review and prepare manual processes.
- Train to merchant maintenance about the process.
- Manage merchant & project related.
- Review sales volume and payment amount to merchants.
- Prepare relevant reports (internal & external reports).
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 02 years' experience in field related of Acquiring business.
- Prefer 01 year in merchant management tasks.
* Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:
- Knowledge about acquiring business.
- Good communication of English.
- Creative, reliable, hardworking, time managing, teamwork.
- Problem solving/ Analytical skill.
- Initiative, Presentation skill.
