- Manage equipment and chemicals following ISO 17025.
- Operation of all microbial analysis equipment and machines in micro-laboratory
- Plan the equipment calibration periodically.
- Manipulation overall of food-microbial hazardous analysis including TPC, Coliforms, E-coli, Bacillus, Staphylococcus, Listeria, Lactic acid bacteria, Salmonella spp, etc. in foods.
- Control of advanced microbial analysis methods: Real time qPCR, GMO, etc.
- New product safety verification
- Monitoring legal and internal standards - Other duties assigned by manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum of three year experience in food analysis laboratory.
- Experience with ISO 17025.
- Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Ability to read documents and write reports in English.
- Quality: Enthusiastic, motivation.
