We are looking for an enthusiastic and business minded Microsoft Power Platform & BI Specialist to become part of our team and help drive continual improvements to efficiency and work flow optimization within the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Power BI & KPI Reporting
• Develop real-time dashboards for finance, sales, and production.
• Automate data refresh, apply row-level security, and publish to SharePoint.
2. Power Apps & Power Automate
• Build low-code apps for approvals, expense claims, inventory, etc.
• Streamline workflows between departments (HR, Finance, Admin).
3. SharePoint Governance
• Design company-wide folder structure, metadata, and access protocols.
• Apply naming conventions and retention/compliance policies.
4. Microsoft Licensing & Administration
• Manage user access, license assignments, MFA policies via Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Ensure compliance and optimize license usage.
5. System Integration
• Link Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, and ERP/CRM systems via APIs or Dataverse.
• Create seamless data flows and alerts for decision-making.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 3-5+ years with Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, MS365 admin.
• Comfortable with DAX, M query, JSON connectors, and governance tools.
• Strong business process understanding (esp. finance/admin workflows).
• Bonus: Experience with Azure AD, Teams automation, or ERP integration.
Business level english is a must.
