Property Services team has the responsibility to operate, maintain and enhance the buildings owned by RMIT University, oversee construction projects, and ensure the provision of physical facilities services. Property Services consists of the following business units:
• Facilities & Technical Services
• Campus Planning & Services
• Business Administration
• Health, Safety, Security & Sustainability
This role is responsible for operation, maintenance, budget management, inspection & improvement tasks related to Landscaping, Bike parking service, Minor work service (Ceiling, wall, canopy, tile, pathway, glass wall, plumbing,…). Minor Work Service Supervisor also manage all document, certification, licence, validation to comply with Vietnam Government’s policies, requirement & Australia standard. This position also supports sourcing and validating contractors in performance management with contract service team.
Facility structure: plan, design and oversee construction & maintenance of building structure (Ceiling, wall, glass wall, canopy, tile, pathway, plumbing,). Perform frequency inspection in accordance with preventive maintenance schedule are performed in a safe and efficient manner and comply RMIT standards.
Landscaping: manage contractor to sustain operation & maintenance include but not limited to watering, moving, edging, fertilizing, weeding, trimming, planting, removing unwanted/dead or damaged trees, monitoring & maintain health of grass, lawn, trees, flowers, shrubs, …
Bike Parking Service: manage contractor to sustain operation of bike parking area (P1, P2, Basement, P3 and P4) and maintain bike parking system always in good condition. Plan to upgrade, maintain, repair and replace facility system in parking area: lots, lines & structure of parking area (Columns, ceiling, lightings, power sockets,)
Investigates, documents, and recommends corrective action for all facility related to minor work tasks.
Budget control, manage & planning.

Civil/Construction Degree (Bachelor/Engineer)
Proficient understand about building management.
Good knowledge & 3 working years’ experience in maintenance building structure.
Good knowledge in contractor management.
Teamwork, team leader capability.
Strong in MS Office/computer skill

Highly competitive VND salary (plus allowances) starting from 22,280,000 VND gross depending on proven track record in meeting all the key selection criteria.
