MIS Report for Banca and Wealth

Banca:
- Responsible for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly bancassurance reconciliation report with banca partners
- Monthly/Quarterly incentives calculations for the sales performances and prepare the payment.
- End to end campaign management process, target segment strategy, generating probable leads, ongoing monitoring, rewards fulfilments, post implementation analysis.
- Assist the business in providing the decision supportive analysis and data driven solutions to the business initiations in terms of analytics across Customer, Product, Portfolio, Sales management areas.
- Regular/ad-hoc analysis, data mining, Portfolio quality, Customer segmentation, Customer Profitability, Customer level, Revenue Risk, X-sell, Up-sell models.

Wealth:
- Provide routine, Adhoc reports & data analyst as required.
- Analyze data to support launching campaigns to boost sales performance & evaluate performance of campaign.
- Maintain offline Sales Database (Customer Portfolio).
- Support system & raise request to fix issues/ upgrade functions of system as requirement.
- Building, developing & maintaining automated dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
- Provide analysis & data driven solutions to support business decision making in terms of analytics across Customer, Product, Portfolio, Sales management areas.
- Collaborating with internal team to design and implement cross - sell, acquisition and retention initiatives for business.
- Calculate Sales Bonus, Sales contests.
- Other tasks as assigned by Head of Department/ Director.
