• Assist business users in gathering requirements and preparing business workflow
• Work closely with different teams (business users and engineering team) to provide internal consulting and process testing assistance.
• Carry out Integration Test, assist business users to perform User Acceptance Test and prepare training documentation to business users
• Coordinate to support internal training to end users
• Prepare internal presentation and meeting minutes and relevant materials whenever necessary
