Mobile / Frontend Tech Lead

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to understand project requirements and translate them into functional web applications.

• Design and implement robust, maintainable, and efficient ReactJS-based web applications.

• Write clean, efficient, documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.

• Ensuring scalability, performance, and code reusability.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Reactjs and web technologies, integrating innovative solutions into projects where applicable.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to web application development.

• Collaborate in the entire app lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

• Lead the Frontend team in the development

• Manage project timelines, and resources to ensure the successful delivery projects.

• Support to hire and develop front-end developers in personnel.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in frontend development, including at least 3 years in a managerial role leading a frontend team (team size > 4 members).

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and grow the frontend team; understand agile scrum framework on development and delivery features agility.

• Have experience working in micro frontend architecture.

• Planning & Estimation: Plan sprints, estimate tasks, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Facilitate clear communication between the team and stakeholders; ensure alignment across functions.

• Conflict & Issue Resolution: Resolve team conflicts, remove blockers, and maintain a psychologically safe environment.

• Technical Oversight: Guide frontend architecture, enforce code quality, and stay up to date with modern frontend trends.

• Hands-on experience modern web application with:

- React, Redux, TypeScript / JavaScript

- Modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Parcel)

- UI libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap)

• Familiarity with web design and frontend architectural patterns.

• Hands-on experience in frontend performance monitoring and optimization.

• Hands-on the complexity work and implementing fundamental components as based for FE teams.

• Involving building the clean code based and review code of FE teams to make sure it is followed our coding convention.

• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, performance, and web security.

• Familiar with backend service design to support frontend needs (e.g., REST APIs, GraphQL, BFF pattern).

• Experience conducting technical proof-of-concepts and evaluating new frontend technologies.
