Mobile Game UA Marketing Specialist

Platform Management:
- Oversee and manage the setup and maintenance of our games on Google Play Console and App Store Connect. Ensure all game listings are optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze game performance metrics, implementing strategies for improvement based on data-driven insights.
Ad Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage advertising and user acquisition campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, Applovin, Unity and more.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
- Measure how well campaigns are doing, monitor and adjust bid prices, and set a budget for the advertising campaign.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, user acquisition, user behaviour, engagement, and monetization, making data-driven decisions to enhance marketing efforts.
- Use data-driven strategies to enhance targeting, creative, and bidding.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimizations for internal stakeholders to inform strategy adjustments and report on KPIs.
- Offer advice and solutions based on analysis findings.
Creative Development:
- Collaborate with the Growth Strategist and Creative team to develop engaging ad creatives.
- A/B test different creatives to determine the most effective approach.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across various channels.
- Track spending and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand user behaviour, preferences, and trends.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor strategies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth Strategist, Creative and Game Designer.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners and ad networks.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful UA campaigns.
- Experience in collaborating with leading platforms and advertising agencies such as TikTok, Google and Meta for marketing campaigns.
Skills:
- Possess a mindset of marketing and the mobile gaming industry (experience in optimizing TikTok/Google/Meta channels is beneficial).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer, or similar.
- Understand and proficiently use tracking systems like Firebase (experience with AppsFlyer/BigQuery is a plus).
- Familiarity with potential app analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent at Excel.
- Excellent at English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Other:
- Passion for mobile games and a good understanding of the gaming landscape.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
