Mobile Lead ( Flutter / Securities / Chứng Khoán )

1. Technical Leadership

- Lead the end-to-end mobile application development lifecycle (iOS and Android), including design, development, testing, deployment, and release management.

- Architect scalable and secure mobile solutions integrated with trading core (OMS/EMS), middleware, and APIs.

- Ensure mobile applications meet stringent performance (low latency, high TPS), reliability, and security requirements essential for trading environments.

- Evaluate emerging mobile frameworks, SDKs, and tools to enhance platform capabilities.

2. Product & Business Alignment

- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX/UI teams to translate trading workflows into intuitive and high-performance mobile user experiences.

- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and security teams to ensure regulatory alignment (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, local securities and banking regulations).

3. Team & People Management

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing mobile engineering team.

- Define coding standards, review pull requests, and enforce technical governance.

4. Operations & Support

- Oversee production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvements of mobile apps.

- Collaborate with QA teams on performance testing, regression testing, and device-farm strategy.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in mobile development with Flutter.

- 2+ years of experience working in the Securities Trading system.

- Strong understanding of real-time trading workflows, order management, market data integration, and notifications (push, in-app, SmartOTP).

- Solid experience in API integration, microservices, cloud environments (AWS), and Kubernetes-based backends.

- Experience in managing a project team of 4–5 members.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with trading applications (OMS/EMS, FIX protocol, market feeds).
