This position is to deliver business objectives across Modern Trade (MT) and E-Commerce channels by leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) negotiations, driving channel development, and executing promotional strategies. It also involves managing sales operations, developing and implementing e-commerce growth strategies, and ensuring sound financial management to support sustainable growth.
1. Joint Business Plan (JBP)
- Lead annual JBP negotiation with Top MT Retailers to align on Trade terms, promotions/activities, assortments strategy…within given budget to deliver company goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional calendars.
2.Sales Operations Management
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve targets for volume, revenue, and profitability.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching/training.
- Ensure compliance with trade agreements, product availability, and merchandising standards.
3. Promotion Planning & Execution
- Design tailored promotions for modern trade channels.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (Trade/ Marketing, Supply Chain, CS, SO) to ensure flawless execution.
- Evaluate promotion ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Channel Development
- Identify untapped opportunities in both Modern trade & E-Com.
- Develop strategies to enhance shelf presence and category leadership.
- Partner with Marketing/Trade on campaigns and new product launches.
5. E-Commerce Development
- Develop & execute a comprehensive digital sales strategies for online platforms and D2C channels or Collaborating with key MT retailer’s online platforms…
- Optimize product listings, content & pricing/ digital promotion to maximize conversion rate & search rankings.
- Omni-channel Integration: Bridge GT/ Modern trade & E-Com through initiatives like click-and-collet programs, digital coupon redemptions & shared loyalty scheme,…
- Operational excellence: oversee inventory forecasting, fulfillments & returns management for online orders. Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, CS.
- Analyze e-commerce trends and consumer behavior to refine tactics. Pilot emerging trends to capture the market demands on time.
6. Financial Management
- Oversee sales budgets, P&L, and cost control measures.
- Ensure profitability while meeting volume targets.
7. Market Intelligence:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences at in-charge channels to provide actionable insights to Top management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
At least 7-10 years experience in FMCG sales leadership.
With 5+ years in MT Key Account Management & E-Commerce
Expertise in sales leadership, Join Business Plan negotiation, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in data analytics (Excel, Power BI), marketplaces management and digital platforms.
- Results-driven, adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Leadership: agile, data-driven and adept at managing cross-functional teams in matrix-organizations
