- Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain to develop annually, quarterly and monthly plan by category and channel.
- Develop and deploy Modern Trade Channel and Customer Plan to make sure target achievement and deliver the sustainable category growth by customers or key accounts with 5Ps measurement.
- Identify decision-makers at the client, understand strategic business challenges and priorities, and lead teams in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to an account.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of account managers to pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets
2. Build and Develop good business relationship with Key Customers
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
- Deal Trade term with key customers (Local accounts & International accounts). Develop the Strategic Plan for each channel and key account across the country to increase market share.
- Dealing with key customers for setting objectives and monthly tracking performance by key accounts, work with key customers for setting, maintaining and developing good business relations.
- Take charge of managing the payment and credit of company’s customers
3. Driving Exellence Instore Execution
- Develop system to track execution KPIs: Visibility, OSA, SOS, POD (distribution), Promotion tracking, competitor & pricing report
- Driving Field sales team to execute with measurement KPIs
- Design Incentive scheme to ensure delivering sales targets
- Organizing team including KAM, SUP, PG&SR to ensure effectiveness of salesforces
4. Develop Talents and Modern Trade Capability
- Build, develop and implement processes, techniques and methods to increase business efficiency.
- Interview, recruit and recruitment approval
- Manage members performance and People Development Plan (PDP)
- Staff training and development
- Coordinate with Capability Development function and Corporate Learning function to identify and implement appropriate training for capacity development needs of the business team and achieve targets.
- Transform and strengthen the capability of Vietnam Modern Trade team to deliver “Best in Class in Service Leadership and Flawless in Execution”
