I. Planning:
• Develop whole year business plans and strategies for the assigned channel to achieve targets and implement properly to achieve it.
• Develop and execute monthly/quarterly and yearly customer plans
• Achieve agreed sales volume and control of expenses.
• Product Management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing)
• Negotiate the trading term to get the best offer.
• Develop business relationship with key decision makers, Buyers at the assigned channel
• Coordinate with Brand team to maximize the branding activities at MT to build up brand images to consumers within the assigned budgets.
• Coordinate/ seek consulting with other Department Heads to align all promotion activities with regarding to Departments such as Strategic Planning, Production, Branding, Logistics, …
• Understand and follow the competitive market situation.
• Set objectives and targets for the sales staff and the distribution network in the assigned channel.
• Management of the sales administration (credit, delivery co-ordination, and report writing)
II. Operation:
• Recruit and train MTS/ PG team to be professional, to ensure fundamental factors: Coverage, Display, market share, ….
• To ensure that the inventory at stores are sufficient to serve consumers' demands and avoid OOS
• To handle objections and complaints effectively and follow up all the requests from customers
• Coaching & monitor MTS / PG to standardize their workload, time management, relationship creation & operation skills.
• Coaching & monitor MT sup to ensure all the activities/ promotion at each MT channel are well implemented & avoid price’s conflict between MT & GT

• Minimum 5 years of experience in same level of Modern Trade management in FMCG field
• Good knowledge of Markets.
