Mortgage Broker Support

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate that is keen to learn to join our team in December 2024! This is a full time position offering working hours of Monday to Friday 9-6pm with a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Broker with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows

• Provide administrative support to the team as required

• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

• Assist with document collection and client communications

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening) is essential, as all communication with clients and team members will be conducted in English

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Background in Banking, Finance or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting or a similar discipline.

• Good with numbers and mathematics
