Multimedia Creator

The candidate will play a key role in producing creative visual and video content, directly contributing to the marketing campaigns, communications, and brand building of Bee Cheng Hiang Vietnam. Specifically:

1. Multimedia Design

• Video Production: Shoot, edit, color grade, apply visual effects (VFX), ensuring content is engaging and tailored to the audience of each platform (Shopee, TikTok, Instagram Reels).

• Design and edit other graphic materials such as banners, illustrations, infographics, etc., ensuring consistency and brand identity.

• Directly film and photograph products, events, and concepts as required by the brand.

• Produce diverse video/visual formats suitable for different platforms: Shopee, TikTok, Instagram, and others.

• Participate in the company's Live stream process (proposing equipment, setting up the live room and system).

2. Consistency Compliance

• Participate in brainstorming, proposing, and developing ideas for E-commerce Platform Product Images (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.) according to seasonal theme themes.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to understand concepts and communication messages, translating them into impressive video/visual products.

• Ensure all brand communication materials adhere to the highest aesthetic standards and maintain consistency.

3. Research & Management:

• Continuously research and update new trends, technologies, and editing techniques to enhance product quality.

• Manage, archive, and organize the media library (videos, images, project files) systematically for easy retrieval and reuse.

4. Coordination & Reporting:

• Receive briefs and collaborate effectively with members of the Marketing department and other relevant departments to execute tasks.

• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

1. Experience & Skills:

• High aesthetic sense, good design and color thinking (Must have).

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Video Editor, Multimedia Designer).

• Preference for candidates with experience producing videos/graphics for the F&B industry or with an understanding of the e-commerce environment (Shopee, TikTok Shop).

• Proficiency in editing and design software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut.

• Skills in filming, photography, and creating mood boards.

• Knowledge of materials, printing, and material styles is an advantage.

2. Personal Attributes:

• Good aesthetic sense, sharp eye for visuals, color, and trends.

• Creative spirit, proactive, careful, and meticulous in every product.

• Good teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.

• Willingness to learn, eager to improve, and continuously hone skills.

3. Other Requirements:

• Basic English communication skills.

• A portfolio clearly demonstrating capability and creative style.
