National Contract Logistics Distribution Customer Solution Engineer

Work location: 11th Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Work hour: From 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday.

Job description

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence. Your primary objective will be to gain + retain customers by offering industry leading solutions across all distribution services.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will work with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

To support with customer tender proposals + develop + drive compelling distribution solutions.

To drive innovation, identifying new concepts + technology while also building on existing best practices.

To present solutions with confidence to our customers as a key part of the tendering process.

To be part of the management team developing + designing strategic solutions for our customer,

challenging the status quo + guiding customers constructively where needed.

To develop strong partnerships with key vendors to optimize costing + lead times.

To leverage available tools + systems whilst ensuring a high standard of compliance at all times.

On a regular basis, consult with key stakeholders reviewing + focusing on continuous improvement, driving innovation while identifying + implementing cost improvements.

Finally focus on evolving our product portfolio, offering industry leading solutions to our customers that are tested + ready for deployment.

*Your skills and experience

Bachelor Degree.

Having at least 3-year experience working in Contract Logistics, Distribution Operations, Solutions

Detail-oriented, careful, hard-working and responsible.

Good communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Customer service: ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Problem-solving skills: ability to quickly identify problems and implement effective solutions.

Ability to analyze data, metrics to improve, optimize work processes is preferable.
