**Purpose and objectives of the role:
The Gedeon Richter Vietnam Company Limited is looking for a strong Field Force Manager to manage the nationwide Medical Representatives team in assigned products of division.
The National Field Force Manager will be in charge of growing current portfolio and launching new products of Gedeon Richter in Vietnam
**This position holder should:
- Supervise and lead the whole field team to ensure all field forces’ activities conform to company policy and procedure and achieve the assigned targets
- Coach team to develop therapy knowledge to implement the product promotional plan
- Assist in the implementation of strategies to promote the new products according to campaign and company’s policies
- Analyse the pharmaceutical market including data for demographic and economic indicators changes to formulate regular estimates of the expected objectives
- Seek and develop own knowledge on pharmaceutical industry and actively contribute to the development of the field force strategy and marketing plans
- Ensure to have good communication with all field team in different location and responsible for monitoring the performance of whole field team
- identify, suggest to develop and implement and maintain the operational procedures and policies toward managing the field force activities: call monitoring, coaching
- Perform all reports related to position holder

- Graduated from Medical University or Pharmacist University
- Strong leadership and business management, generally at least 5 years in people management and at least 2 years’ experience of leading national field team
- High understanding of market environment and nature of Pharma & Medical market
- Integrity, responsibility, high commitment
- Open-minded, services minded, strong business sense
- Be thoughtful, pay attention to details
- Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English & negotiation skills
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations & work well under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set direction and deliver results with clear compliance mindset
- Energetic, Enthusiastic, self-driven, organized & willing to work extensively in field
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel
- Strong leadership and business management, generally at least 5 years in people management and at least 2 years’ experience of leading national field team
