• Define sales targets for the direct reports/team members
• Responsible for defining strategy, action plan to achieve the plan of Project Sales in order to maximize potential of business of TOA in the region and ensure the execution to deliver short term and long term result
• Ensure all sales must be done in respected to the commercial policies
• Promote cross selling & solution business to maximize all TOAV product/service/solution in the accountable segments
• Provide customer information and support credit team to define Customers’ credit limits
• Define market/pricing plans and control pricing strategy in line with length of authority to ensure profitability of projects
• Establish the necessary network with all project stakeholders in order to win the maximum number of projects
2. Strategy development and deployment: Directly responsibility for the formulation of Project Sales business strategy for Vietnam country
• Development of effective sales methodologies and processes
• Market selection, programs, tactics, pricing
• Development and execution of a process to manage opportunities
3. Lead and manage the people, growing talent to ensure we have the appropriate competencies and expertise to meet current and future business goals and priorities:
• Develop talents in the sales and specification teams
• Recruit sales and specification talents to continue driving growth in sales and profitability
• Coach and provide support to talents and staff development
4. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure customer intimacy with relevant customers (developers, consultants, contractors, project dealers)
5. Team spirit: Maintain and develop good relations with teams and of other department in order to realize follow action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast of information and latest update
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 10 years working experience in project sales of construction material
• Key Account Management experience with construction players (developers, consultants, main cons, applicators)
• Commercial profile with excellent understanding of markets
• Understand company’s products and competitors’
• Knowledgeable in opportunity management and account management
• Knowledge in Paint industry a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Computer literate and presentation skills
• Good level of communication, ability to influence and convince.
• Able to work under pressure, high commitment, self-motivated to achieve aggressive sales target
• People & talent management experience
• Effective at building network, internally & externally
• Willing to travel – monthly to provinces
