**Job Description Summary:
The National Sales Manager acting on the directives and guidance from Managing Director and Regional Sales Director, Asia. He shall be responsible for all sales-related activities of the Pig business in authorized territory or client list. It includes business development, managing key accounts, supply chain management, installations and after sales & field service. This shall involve identifying and developing strategic relationships with potential customers. The position will involve coordination and cooperation with other functional teams (sales support, technical, logistic, finance) to achieve revenue target of pig equipment business.
**Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the Company’s Business Unit Pig sales-related activities including developing new business, growth strategies and opportunities in the market and maximize long term profitable volume growth.
2. Realize sales budget (target) both in volume, margin and market share.
3. Analyses the market and determines the sales strategy including a market-specific pricing policy.
4. Enhancing, optimizing and controlling the agent network.
5. Participate in generating “Proven Solutions”, sales manuals, product and solution templates for proposals and other specific sales material.
6. Take part in trade shows and other relevant marketing projects.
7. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service and managing key client relationships.
8. Works in close collaboration with Customer Solutions, HQ to ensure a smooth order handling process and by forwarding feedback from customers or new product ideas/markets requirements to the respective departments.
9. Give advice on farm design and lay-out, negotiate price within limits of authority and payment terms.
10. Recommend and implement detailed annual sales operating plans and preparation of sales performance reports for strategic analysis and review on a monthly or quarterly basis.
11. To coach and manage the local sales and sales support team in achieving the Company’s objectives and goals and deliver excellent service to the customers.
