Job Description

Describe the nature of work and responsibilities of this function.(Areas of contribution and Accountability Statements)
• Primary responsibility to achieve the sales objective of the company
• To provide leadership to the sales team with clear vision, goals and strategies
• To organize and manage the retail sales organization in an effective and efficient way to achieve short term goals that will complement the long term objectives with clear KPIs for every sales personnel
• To systematically develop the capability of the sales team
• To provide constant challenge and motivation to the sales team to achieve new heights and breakthrough performance
• To motivate and drive the distributors to support our company and align our company goals to theirs with monthly Sales & Operation Planning Process
• To engage the retail trade to support and favour our brands and our company
• Be responsible for all sales collection and managing risk of non-payment
• To manage the trade budget ensuring spending within budget and in an effective and efficient manner with clear measurement
• Is part of company management team responsible to drive sustainable profitable growth for the Vietnam business
• Provide the management with intelligence report, sales strategies and solutions that will move the business forward on a regular basis at least monthly basis
• Be a team player, working with the other functional departments supportively to derive best solutions for to achieve common objectives
Develop a Long Term plan on Route to Market that will be roll out in phases to achieve business improvements and competitive advantage in the area of:
o Effective coverage leading to higher sales and improve trade support
o 100% Distribution of selected SKUs
o Efficient coverage leading to cost savings and margin improvements
• Put together an effective Short Term RTM plan given the current constraints. The short term and intermediate term plan must complement and will lead to the long term RTM Plan
• Set up the Coverage Plan for MT and GT
• Working closely with Supply Chain on forecast and inventory to ensure smooth supply
• Develop clear JD, KPI and Incentives Plan for all sales team member
• Develop clear JD, KPI and Incentives Plan for Distributor and their sales team member
• Set up the Display Plan for MT and selected GT
• Perform Annual Operating Plan process
• Strategic and tactical Trade and Consumer promotion plans to drive profitable growth of the business. These include major plans for Route to market, Distribution and Display plans.
• Market Visit to cover all cities /provinces - Put together the annual SMD Budget

• Qualifications: Graduate of University
• Relevant Experience

• Special Job Knowledge and/or Skills o Drive for Results
o Organized and strong planning skills
o Good strategic skills
o Strong problem solving and influencing skills
o Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills able to work with different level of management and operational staff o Good attention to detail
o Has Self – motivation and initiative
o Highly ethical, maturity, integrity and trustworthy to deal with confidential matters
o Capacity to learn quickly when facing new problems and is open to change. (Learn on the fly)
o High-stress tolerance
o Good skill level on Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
o Fair English
o Speak Vietnamese fluently
