Mô Tả Công Việc
• Allocates sales budget & company resources.
• Manages and monitors business routinely. Tracking and following up sales activities & analyzing for performance development.
• Analyses and evaluates business situations (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). To have effective solutions and implement on time to solve the issues.
• Updates competitor’s activities analyze, evaluates, and suggests effectively solving plan
• Looking for opportunities and effective methods to expand market shares and territories.
• Work closely with subordinates (Supervisors, DSMs, and SRs) to ensure efficient strategy implementation in the whole country.
• Managing, coaching, training to develop sales team, priority direct reporter about leadership, managing skill, analyzing skill….
• Controls the sales force activities and reviews reports and makes an appropriate recommendation in order to maximize sales force efficiency.
• Co-operates & supports Customer Service about the delivery activities at the local warehouse, to ensure a smooth and on-time process of delivery.
• Co-ordinates with product Manager and MKT team, in organizing the symposium, workshop, customer meeting
• Sends weekly plan, monthly plan, and monthly report to BUM.
• Builds up and maintains relationships with Key customers & Key decision-makers. Expands the relationship to potential & new customers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry – national wide in international companies, especially in the OTC field.
• Experience 2-3 years in the same role of NSM
