NDT Coordinator - Kỹ Thuật Viên QA QC

Job Summary/ Tóm tắt công việc:

• Lead inspection in quality aspects of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by Customer’s requirements/ Project Specification.

JOB DESCRIPTION/ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES / NGHĨA VỤ & TRÁCH NHIỆM:

- Perform and coordinate NDT activities for projects (including MT, UT, RT, PT, and VT).

- Assess the competency of NDT subcontractors and report findings to the QA/QC Manager.

- Develop NDT procedures in accordance with applicable standards (ASME, ISO, AWS, API, etc.).

- Conduct internal training, evaluation, and qualification of NDT personnel; monitor certification status and schedule periodic training.

- Maintain and calibrate measurement instruments in accordance with internal procedures.

- Final inspection before release to next stage.

- Invite customers to check as following ITP.

- Issue report and sent to customer review & approval.

• AUTHORITY/ QUYỀN HẠN CÔNG VIỆC:

- Authorized to accept or reject components based on NDT inspection results.

- Authorized to verify calibration status of NDT equipments and remove tools from service if found uncalibrated or damaged.

- Issue NC if finding any non-compliant.

Education/ Học vấn

• Graduate university or College in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science

Language/ Ngôn ngữ

• Vietnamese/ English Four skill Speaking- Reading-Writing-Listening

Qualification/ Kỹ năng

• Kỹ năng - Proficient in defect detection mechanisms using MT and UT, technical drawings and NDT procedure, requirement.

• Knowledge of quality management systems.

• Communication skills; Problem – solving; Working under pressure; Teamwork

Experience/ Kinh nghiệm

• Minimum 3 years’ experience or have the skills to meet the job.

Others/ Khác

• NDT UT/MT level II or III SNT-TC-1 A and ISO 9712
