NetSuite Administrator/ Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Ticket Management: Address and resolve NetSuite help desk support cases. Cases include report creation/modification, fundamental and advanced maintenance, and troubleshooting customisations.

• User Training & Documentation: Train users, create clear documentation, and develop diagrams to improve user understanding and minimise recurring issues.

• Problem Analysis: Distinguish between user issues, training gaps, and system customisation problems.

• Propose enhancements when needed to improve processes and user experience.

• Customisation Troubleshooting: Reverse-engineer and diagnose issues in NetSuite customisations (e.g., automations, permissions) while understanding business logic.

• Permissions Management: Ensure proper configuration and troubleshooting of complex permissions and roles.

• Strategic Impact: Analyse case trends to identify and address root causes, preventing repetitive issues and improving system usability.

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Consultant.

• Strong understanding of NetSuite customisations, automations, and available features.

• Ability to diagnose and solve user, customisation, and system-related issues.

• Excellent documentation skills, including creating diagrams and guides.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Passionate about reducing pain points and improving user satisfaction.

• Outstanding English communication skills to engage with diverse teams.

• Experience in user training and knowledge transfer.
