Network Engineer

1. Designing and improving projects for implementation.

2. Understanding system administration and how network hardware and technologies work.

3. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.

4. Maintain the factory voice system.

5. Maintain the factory printer, RF gun.

6. Manage the hardware inventory.

7. Install and do basic configuration for server.

8. Manage domain user and share folder management.

9. Managing the security of computer systems and inter-application information transfers.

10. Monitoring operating system performance (i.e., Windows, Linux, Network)

11. Additional responsibility in shift

12. Escalate incident to next level and support incident solving.

13.Support administrators to execute the project.

1. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other engineering discipline

2. Experiences:

- Problem-solving skill.

- Understanding the AD user, group and computer account.

- Interpersonal communication.

- Knowledge of networking, security and other infrastructure service.

- Ability to self-train on new technologies.

- Expert with windows client (7,10).

- Understanding of manufacturing process and application is advantage.

- Basic knowledge of ITIL V3 process and ticketing tool

- Good English communication.
