Mô Tả Công Việc
*** RnD Task
- Make plan to creat sample /improvement strategy in developnet state
- Review Design of material and judgment impact to process
- Summarize and preparation of all requirement for plan for making sample
- Tracking all changing items for each stage and analysis effection to sample quality.
- Do FACA for development stage , co-work with process engineer to improve sample quality through optimize internal process
- Monitor quality of material & feedback vendor to improve quality in development stage
- Tolerance & specification analysis to ensure yield output through dissussing with vendor and customer.
- Obtain initial production yield of new products
- Full fill customer requirement
*** FACA TEST
- Prepare tool / jig and test machine for build and ensure meet deadline
- Review Design of socket and judgment impact analysis,
- Establishment standard of working process in develop state and trainning operator
- Maintenance and fix MC trouble to make sure runing as plan
- Verification of new process capability
- Improve UPH & efficency of machine
- Troubleshooting machine abnormal to analysis effect of machine to product
- Full fill customer requirement
*** PROCESS
- Control Yield and FACA
- Improve UPH and process
- Maintenance and fix M/C trouble
- Set up, programing M/C
- Troubleshooting M/C
- Modify MC, Jigs and Tools
- Spare parts control.

REQUIREMENT:
- Having a good skill of Microsoft Office (Excel).
- No experience requirement
- Analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- English fluency
- Graduated from University or above with related major
* Working Time: Monday ~ Friday
* Overtime Claim: 150% Weekdays, 200% Weekends
* Shultle Bus from Hai Duong City or Hai Phong
* Having 3 meals/day if OT
* 13th Salary + Good Insurance Packages
* Probation Time: 100%
* Opportunity to be train oversea
