Vietnam Food (VNF) is the pioneer and leader in Vietnam in sustainably valorizing the shrimp by-products. Since 2014, VNF has successfully developed a unique biotechnological production model with a Zero-Waste production mindset. As a result, VNF has been able to valorize underexploited shrimp co-products into active ingredients, applicable for Food, Petfood, Feed, Agriculture and different industries (Wastewater treatment, Bioplastics, Pulp & Paper, etc.). With that, VNF is contributing to the circular economy vision and enabling the sustainable development of the shrimp industry.
