ABOUT BCNV: Breast Cancer Network Vietnam (BCNV) is a youth-driven non-profit organization founded in 2013 by Thương Sobey (1982 - 2015), a Vietnamese stage-4 breast cancer patient, then transformed into a social enterprise in 2018. The network has been an official member of The Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) since 2014. Missions: (1) Raise public awareness about breast cancer by popularizing scientific knowledge and useful information, in order to increase early detection rate in Vietnam. (2) Improve the quality of lives for those directly or indirectly affected by breast cancer through informational, material and mental support. Vision: BCNV strongly aspires to see a future Vietnam where there is no death derived from lack of awareness and support in the battle against breast cancer. Core - values: Love - Courage - Transparency - Social Responsibility
