Established in 1995 and commencing operations in 1997, Ford Vietnam is a joint venture between Michigan-based Ford Motor Company (75%) and Song Cong Diesel Company (25%), with a total investment exceeding $200 million USD to date. We take great pride in being the first American company to invest in Vietnam following the normalization of diplomatic relations and remain the only U.S. enterprise in the nation's automotive industry.
