IDICO Corporation (Viet Nam Urban and Industrial Zone Development Investment Corporation) was established in 2000 as a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Construction; Business lines are development of industrial zones/ parks, Hydro Power Plant, Road Traffic, Urban and Housing, Construction... Through the process of construction and development, until now IDICO l has become a strong corporation, operating under the model of Joint Stock Company with stock symbol lDC. That is the charter capital scale of 3,000 billion and the largest market capitalization of 1 billion USD from November 2021. The total assets of the Group is over VND 14,000 billion (an increase of 20 times). The annual turnover is 5,000 billion and profit of nearly 600 billion. Currently, IDICO has 22 subsidiaries and branches nationwide employing more than 5,000 people with high management and professional skills.
