Luther Law Vietnam LL.C is an international law practice with a core team of foreign and local lawyers and tax advisors focusing on direct investments in Vietnam, cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory and compliance matters, and dispute resolution. We are partner firm of Luther, a renowned German law firm with more than 400 legal and tax advisors across ten offices in Germany and seven international offices, including our regional headquarter in Singapore. Our international clients come from a wide spectrum of industries and businesses, many of which have European origins and ties, coupled with a Singapore or other South-East Asian presence.
